At Next Chapter Finance, Rob is pioneering a new approach to the UK retirement property market. The company’s focus is clear: helping inheritors and estate managers unlock the long-term rental and capital value of underinvested retirement homes. By combining short-term refurbishment finance with bespoke buy-to-let solutions, Rob and his team enable owners to move seamlessly from problem property to compliant rental income or fair-value sale.
This dual-product strategy reflects Rob’s long-standing commitment to designing finance that works for real people—offering practical solutions for attorneys, beneficiaries, and companies who would otherwise struggle to access capital. With his proven ability to build lenders from the ground up, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable growth, Rob is now writing the “next chapter” in specialist lending—one where retirement housing assets are no longer left behind but instead converted into thriving homes and income streams for the future.
